At the recent SSAAANZ Annual General Meeting, members decided to institute two prizes for the best articles published in the 2015 calendar year. The first of the prizes is open to all SSAAANZ members, while the second is open to all postgraduate members of SSAAANZ.

If you have had an article on any aspect of Screen Studies published in a refereed journal with a 2015 publication date, you are eligible to enter that paper in the Open category, or if you are a postgraduate student, in the Postgraduate category. Articles can be submitted by email to info@ssaaanz.org from 1 January 2016. The closing date for entries is 28 February 2016.

Entries will be judged by a panel of luminaries comprising several of SSAAANZ’s Honorary and Executive Members. Winners will be announced at the 2016 SSAAANZ conference, and will receive a cash prize and a certificate of commendation.
